What our passengers say
Immer gerne wieder.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
When should I book my airport taxi?
As early as possible, ideally as soon as your flight is fixed. For very early flights and during the holidays we recommend booking in good time.
When will you pick me up for my flight?
We agree on that when you book. We plan for the driving time, traffic and the time you need at the airport for check in and security.
Do you also pick me up at the airport?
Yes. Give us your flight number when you book. That way we see if your flight lands early or late, and we wait for you in the arrivals area.
What if we have a lot of luggage?
Tell us how many people and suitcases there are when you book. With lots of luggage or bulky items we come with a large taxi.
How can I pay?
You can pay in cash, by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), Apple Pay or PayPal.
